About Us
Scratch 27 Bar & Grille brings a new dining option to Portland with a menu built around quality ingredients and made-from-scratch flavor. Located at Portland Golf Club overlooking the course in Portland, Indiana, we serve dinner Tuesday through Saturday starting at 4pm. Our kitchen highlights pastas, steaks, seafoods sandwiches,candies desserts etc., while our team proudly includes local high school and college talent. We are also honored to partner with Jay County High School's Culinary Work Study program.
